‘ATAL BIMIT VYAKTI KALYAN YOJNA’ rolled out
Considering the change in employment pattern and the current scenario of employment in India which has transformed from a long term employment to fixed short term engagement in the form of contract and temping, the ESI Corporation has approved a Scheme named “Atal Bimit Vyakti Kalyan Yojna” for Insured Persons (IP) covered under the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948.
NLCIL installs RO Drinking Water Plant
As part of its CSR initiatives, with an aim to provide clean drinking water to the out patients and inmates ofthe National Institute of Siddha,Tamilnadu, NLC India Ltd. installed a1000 LPH Capacity ROplant at Institute premises,Tambaram Sanatorium,Chennai.
Indian Oil observes Swachchhta Hi Sewa
Indian Oil is observing Swachhta Hi Seva (SHS) 2018 Campaign” from September 15thto October 2nd 2018. The fortnight- long campaign focuses on a cleanliness drive as a part of the 150th birth year celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi. During the campaign, various Swachhta activities will be undertaken through Shramadan/Gift of Labour, by more than 20,000 employees across various units of IndianOil.
NAFED holds 61st Annual General Meeting
61st Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. (NAFED) was held at New Delhi on Friday. On this occasion, Nafed also launched its updated Website, Mobile App., Quarterly News Letter Vol-I. VR Boda, Chairman of NAFED apprised the members of the One Time Settlement reached by NAFED with Lender Banks and thanked to Prime Minister, Finance & Agriculture Ministers and other Ministries and their officials, members of General Body and Managing Director of NAFED for their contribution in this behalf which culminated in its charismatic revival.
